Common Questions
Do I need an account?
No. FlashVoca supports guest mode. You can also sign in with Apple or another supported account method to sync your vocabulary library.
How do I import vocabulary?
Open the app, create or select a collection, then tap Add. You can paste French vocabulary text or import from a photo. FlashVoca uses AI to clean the input and generate study-ready flashcards.
How do subscriptions work?
FlashVoca offers optional Pro subscriptions through Apple in-app purchases. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
- Open the iOS Settings app.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select FlashVoca.
You can also use the subscription management link inside FlashVoca when available.
How do I restore purchases?
Open FlashVoca, go to Profile, and use Restore Purchases. You can also restore purchases from the subscription screen.
How do I delete my account?
Open FlashVoca and go to Profile. Guest users can delete the temporary account. Signed-in users can delete their account from the Profile screen.
Account deletion is permanent and removes your account and known user data from FlashVoca systems. Some shared generated assets, such as reused pronunciation audio, may remain as service cache data.
Why did image import fail?
Image import requires a clear image and a network connection. Try using a sharper photo, cropping to the vocabulary section, avoiding glare, importing fewer words, or checking your internet connection.
Why did AI import fail?
AI import requires a network connection and may fail if the text is too long or the service is temporarily unavailable. Try fewer words and retry later.
Why does audio not play?
Check that your device is not muted, volume is turned up, you have an internet connection for audio that has not been cached, and your subscription or free-tier access allows the requested feature.
